Bumping to corners and head and tail of spine. The author, who, according to Howes (V21), was the first white child born in Wisconsin, inscribed this copy, "Wm. F. Broadhead, Feb. 16, '99, From Mrs. Charlotte O. Van Cleve, its authoress, at the request of my old Montana friend A.H. Wilcox of Frazee, Minnesota.
