They are interesting in the selves and give a good picture of the women of the governing class in this country half a century ago."Privately printed. The lifetime of a woman from a prominent Boston family in letters, written 1844--1901 from Boston and elsewhere in New England and the U. S. and from abroad. We find no record of this title offered at auction in the past 30 years.
